Duché d’Uzès AOP wines and black truffles (tuber melanosporum) were made for each other. They share the same birthplace, grew up together, and complement one another to perfection. Duché d’Uzès wines are a good foil for truffles, bringing out their earthy flavours, while the truffles highlight the wines’ complexity, elegance and length of flavour.
